Service-now has entered the On Demand IT Service Management industry by storm. They started in 2004 and have found themselves on the fast track and reaching Fortune 500 clients. We sat down with Rob Luddy, Vice President of Sales who joined the team in 2005. Through their Wiki and Forum they’ve created a quite substantial employee, customer, partner and prospect community. This has been a key strategy in driving product development and new feature enhancements. |

One of the most amazing companies and products at TechCrunch 50 was Swype. Developed by founders Cliff Kushler and Randy Marsden. Cliff is the co-inventor of T9, the standard predictive text-entry solution used on over 2.4 billion mobile phones worldwide. Randy is the developer of the onscreen keyboard included in Windows, with an installed base of over a half a billion units.
