Giving you what's hot from the web, LiveHit is a new Social Discovery Service that connects users across the web in real-time. LiveHit produces LiveMaps which are visual maps showcasing what is popular across the web right in the moment. Popularity of the content is based on how many users are actually viewing, listening to, and interacting with content, and then that is surfaced through the LiveMap. Interviewee: Jeanine LeFlore |

No. Not enough. Not nearly enough. And I have no idea. These are my answers to Fitbit's questions which they pose on their website (reprinted below). The tiny Fitbit Tracker device (which can be clipped to your jeans or cuff of your shirt), can answer the questions automatically, as it tracks one's fitness and sleep. While the product is to be available in limited quantities in January, I am going to talk w/CEO James Park Thursday, October 30th at 11am PST. Join us live on TalkShoe w/your own questions.
From Fitbit.com: Did I get enough exercise today? How many calories did I burn? Am I getting good quality sleep? How many steps and miles did I walk today? The Fitbit Tracker helps you answer these questions. |

Closet Couture solves the age-old problem of having plenty of clothes but nothing to wear. Anchored around the concept of virtual closets, this online fashion community makes it easy to maximize your wardrobe by pairing existing items with new purchases.
If you want to refine your image, simply enlist the help of a site stylist or friend to review your closet and create outfits out of what you already own, or to suggest the best buys in the market.
For stylists and retailers, the site offers a marketplace for reaching new clientele and a platform for improving customer service, establishing brand loyalty and having their own social functionality with clients.
High-profile names that have already set up shop at Closet Couture include New York’s Kirna Zabete.com and Hollywould, Los Angeles’s Presseboutique.com and Il Primo Passo, Palm Beach’s House of Lavande, and world-renowned Vivre.com, with several big name retailers on deck.
The site is now in public beta. To sign up, visit www.closetcouture.com. TechZulu spoke with Founder Christine Elia at the TechCrunch50 Conference, where Closet Couture was a finalist. Check it out here: |
