'LIVE' Tomorrow Night with Sara Lacy
Tomorrow night, Mixergy will be hosting the next Drinks 2.0 in Los Angeles. Andrew Warner will be interviewing Sara Lacy 'Live' from the event with the help of your friendly neighborhood TechZulu Crew. Here is an excerpt from the Mixergy blog from earlier today: "When I started emailing the invitation last week, the guest list instantly jumped to 200 people. Most locations can’t handle such a big crowd, so I had to stop emailing. I just got word from our location host Blankspaces that they can accept a few more guests. If you want to come, RSVP now. Author and journalist Sarah Lacy says she's coming to Drinks 2.0, so we're ALL going to interview her via twitter. I (Andrew Warner) will interview her for a few minutes and then you (if you have a twitter account) can ask her your questions. This will all be recorded and published by our media sponsor, TechZulu."
AtomKeep.com - Syncing Our Profiles
Olexiy Prokhorenko came to a Mixergy event and told me about his new site, AtomKeep.com, so I got him on camera for an interview. AtomKeep's mission is to keep all those Web profiles you created in sync. So, for example, if you have a new job, you don't have to go change it on LinkedIn, Digg, Facebook, and dozens of other sites. Just click 1 button on AtomKeep and it's all taken care of.
In my interview, I asked Olexiy how he and his co-founder were going to make money with this site. He explained that, in addition to advertising, he plans to sell premium services. I think their most intriguing service is one that will allow other Web sites to integrate AtomKeep into their registration process. Why should Web sites require their users to create yet another profile when AtomKeep could enable users to use the profile data they already created on sites like Facebook or LinkedIn?

Mixergy Lunch 2.0 with ArtistForce
Last Friday, Andrew Warner of Mixergy put on an amazing Lunch 2.0, thanks to ArtistForce. They went all out at the Knitting Factory and had Wickhead, a band from South Africa play on stage. I did an interview with Bronic, the lead singer of Wickhead and asked him if ArtistForce is really a value add to them, and how much easier it actually makes it for them to book a gig. Check out the event video and the interview with Bronic to find out.
You can help support ArtistForce by voting for Jonathan’s South By Southwest panel. The SoCal tech community also has a panel entry at SXSW too, so throw a vote our way.
