DocStoc released new features last night. Their new set of private document tools simplifies the way you store and share your private documents. With the new document activity log, guest book, and download protection, you now have ultimate control over your private documents.  releases

Features:

-Document Activity Log: For any private documents you share, easily track who views, downloads and emails your documents.

-Document Guest book: Anyone with whom you share your private document link signs a document guest book upon visit. It’s a great way to track if your file actually made it or was even viewed by the recipient.

-Ultimate Document Protection: Want to share a Word or PowerPoint file without giving away the actual source file? Upload your document and mark it copyright, now your document can be viewed but not downloaded.

Great For:

-Entrepreneurs sharing business plans

-Writers sharing content like scripts and drafts

-Lawyers sharing private case related documents

-Anyone who needs to easily (and securely) share documents

Please visit http://www.docstoc.com/private-documents/ to learn more and http://www.docstoc.com/private-documents/example/ for an example of private documents in action.

DocStoc: Making Documents Sexy

While attending Rubicons "In The Mix" I caught up with a very happy Jason Nazar, Co-Founder of DocStoc.com, who shed some light on all of the very exciting and positive changes occurring within the company. From new funds, new hires and potential partnerships, we cover it all! And for those who have not had the chance to browse DocStoc.com yet,  I'm thinking now is the time! This site is absolutely incredible, offering the user (that's you...or me) the opportunity to "find or share professional documents" for free! Need a legal document? It's right there! Maybe a tech-based document? Look no further! In the words of Mr. Nazar, DocStoc makes documents look "sexy"....so remember folks, "there is no 'K' in love and there is no 'K' in DocStoc!"
