Microsoft Stepping It Up With Silverlight Rough Cut Editor
During MIX10 Microsoft announced the Silverlight Rough Cut Editor (RCE). This open source tool provides real time editing for Silverlight Smooth Streaming content. Without any re-encoding the RCE allows editing of Smooth Streaming sources, both on-demand and Live.
