TwittARound is an augmented reality Twitter viewer on the iPhone 3GS. It shows live tweets around your location and Because of video see-through effect you see where the tweet comes from and how far it is away.  So not all those location based tweets have some meaning to them now.  You are going to be able to see if that Sushi restaurant you’ve always wondered about is any good based on the tweets around the building viewed through TwittARound.

Although this can become quite the spam filled can.  Hopefully it will give you the option of viewing only the people you are following rather then just viewing every tweet ever posted.  Let’s cross our fingers and hope the App Store lets this one through.

If you take a look back in our archive this is really similar to Tonchidot who we interviewed during TechCrunch 50 last year, except this is for Twitter users only.
