TechZulu: New Look, New Features, Same Great Content
Welcome to the ‘new & improved’ TechZulu!
Since our inception, we have been hard at work to bring you the best that the Southern California tech and media community has to offer – and now its time to go further. We are expanding our scope to include more than event coverage and interviews as we evolve into a community platform. What you’ll see now are the first few new features we’ve added to help us fulfill that mission:
The news section is one of our social media features (what site would be complete with out some SM). Anyone can post links to relevant news – whether it be industry news or news about your company. So, if you’ve found a hot industry article that your fellow community member should be reading, post it. If your company has released a new product or closed a big deal, post your press release. Keeping the community informed is what this is all about!
The directory is one of our connection features (we need to stay connected to get our business done). This is a directory of relevant companies (industry players, startups, investors and services providers) created for the community by the community. If you have a company that should be listed, add it today. We are interested in companies of all sizes and at different stages from startups to global corporations. Helping people make new and relevant connections is what this is all about.
Content
Over the coming weeks and months you will see new content categories coming out. We have a new technology platform that enables us to syndicate our content throughout the social web. So, grab the code and add the TechZulu player to your Facebook and your blog. If you want to join the content creation game, contact us – we are open to new content partners.
Our Community Twitter page has been down for quite some time but we’ve worked out the kinks and it is back. So follow @techzulucom to be added to the group and stay on top of the community twitterstream.
We’ve updated out photo sections so that its better organized and easier to look through. Check out all the amazing photos captured by the TechZulu crew.
