Prior to founding cFour, Mr. Bellano worked with Stanton Chase International and its predecessor firms from 1983 to 1995, leading the firm’s technology and international project recruiting practice. He has extensive operations and management experience, and has held senior-level management positions in sales, marketing, technical service, and human resources for leading chemicals and technology-oriented organizations, such as Occidental Chemical / Petroleum.
