Service-now has entered the On Demand IT Service Management industry by storm. They started in 2004 and have found themselves on the fast track and reaching Fortune 500 clients.
We sat down with Rob Luddy, Vice President of Sales who joined the team in 2005.
Through their Wiki and Forum they’ve created a quite substantial employee, customer, partner and prospect community. This has been a key strategy in driving product development and new feature enhancements.
