Last night WebTV Workshop Pro-Panel had an amazing group of speakers.  Tim Street a Writer, Producer, Director, Editor and New Media Consultant. He is also the Creator/Executive Producer of the popular viral video series French Maid TV and is currently the Vice President of Mobile Video at mDialog.  mDialog is a real-time, Video as a Service (VaaS) solution that provides video publishers and advertisers a suite of services to manage and stream high-res video, with in-stream advertising, to mobile devices.  Kevin Pollak the 2010 Streamy Award Winner for The Kevin Pollak Chat Show and Director of Vamped Out.  Amber J. Lawson Comedy Development and Production at Babelgum.com.  Amber oversees Babelgum’s international comedy business to develop, produce, package, program, market and distribute original series across Babelgum’s IPTV, fixed and mobile platforms.

In this Pro-Panel discussion they go over latest trends in new media, tips for starting a new webseries, what to do when you have built an audience, the future of online media and much more.  The God father of new media, Tim Street, gives some amazing insight as well as foresight as to what he believes will come next for new media and how people will consume content.  Kevin Pollak talks about the creativity, passion and persistence one must have in order to succeed with a show on the web.  Amber J Lawson goes over all the steps one must take to partner and distribute your content with a company like Babelgum.

If you did not attend and are in the new media industry I highly recommend viewing this panel in its entirety.  It is packed with useful information that many can apply to their works in progress or even a finished product.
