Don’t drain yourself and try to be an expert in every aspect of a business.  Sometimes recognizing your weaknesses and focusing on your strengths can just rocket your business to a whole new level.  Finding a partner that is just as passionate about your company can be tricky but when you do, it sure can take a heavy load off your shoulder’s.

Finding and working with Partners, was just what this month’s Monthly talk by Jason Nazar for start-ups now dubbed “Startups Uncensored” was all about.  It was an open conversation revealing how to find partners to grow your business, how to play nice with others, and deal with issues when they do (inevitably) arise. It was co-hosted with Alon Shwartz, the co-founder and CTO of Docstoc, and Gregg Spiridellis the co-founder and CEO of JibJab.
