Corporate America was in desperate need of a better employment recruiting solution, and that’s where Dayak comes in. Employers were faced to negotiate outrageous placement fees and recruiters found themselves straggling to find an organized online channel.

The Dayak marketplace is designed specifically to address the void described above and ease the pain being felt by hiring managers and human resources managers alike.

How does it work? First, employers post their jobs and pick their own fee. Next, recruiters search job listings. Candidates are submitted and reviewed. Candidates are interviewed. The hire is made, and the recruiter gets paid.

Dayak is the Hotwire or Priceline of the recruiting industry. Come check it out for yourself.
