TechZulu is pleased to announce that we will be streaming live from the Biz2Beach conference presented by CallFire this Friday August 19 at 2pm PST.  For those who may be unfamiliar with the Biz2Beach conference, its a networking conference of thought leaders, innovators, and trendsetters for a day of exchanging ideas.

Their featured speakers, who range in marketing and business expertise, will lead four intimate breakout discussions.  Check them out below:

Tony Adam, Founder/CEO, Eventify and Visiable Factors

Tony is currently Founder/CEO for Eventify, an LA-based startup creating a venue marketplace, and Visible Factors, an SEO consulting company. He is also an advisor to multiple startups and regular speaker at conferences like SMX, SXSW Interactive, and PubCon. Tony has previously worked for organizations like PayPal, Yahoo! and most recently Myspace, where he ran an online marketing team focused on SEO, social media, and paid traffic acquisition.

Tony will discuss lessons learned from a business like Myspace, scaling up online marketing programs, and lessons learned in the startup world around momentum and missteps while growing.

Matthew Arevalo, Founder, Master Works

Matthew’s passion is partnering with brands to help build community, optimize operations, and develop a strong digital strategy. His firm works to infuse projects with the management, social and production assistance needed to break away from the pack. He is currently also consulting as Social Producer at CBS News for their show What’s Trending.

Matt will speak about social media analytics and ROI, and how conversation is not enough without conversion.

Garth Holsinger, VP of Global Sales and Business Development, Klout

Garth pioneered Klout’s first Influence Marketing campaign with Virgin America. Since then, he has partnered with brands including Nike, Pepsi, Fox, Disney, Audi, and others.

Garth will speak about successes in partner development, using case studies from his experience at Klout.

Van Jepson, CEO/Founder, GroupPrice

After working as an engineer for Apple, Sun Microsystems, Marimba, and other Silicon Valley titans, Van launched four new technology companies, the latest of which is GroupPrice.com. GroupPrice was recently named in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 100 Brilliant Companies for 2011.

Van will speak about how the “daily deal” model popularized by Groupon is being extended to enable the small business owner to grow their business while cutting costs.

Krishna Subramanian, Co-Founder, Mobclix

Krishna drives the advertising and marketing strategy at Mobclix, the only real-time bidding mobile ad exchange, enabling over 35 ad networks to reach targeted inventory across over 15,000 mobile apps.

Krishna will speak about the future of mobile advertising, and how to maximize its potential.

Robyn Ward, Director of Sales and Business Development, Betterworks

Robyn has been consulting, advising, and working at early-stage Tech/Internet businesses in LA and NYC for over a decade. Most recently she was VP Business Development at fast-growing LA startup Docstoc. At BetterWorks, she’s known as the “Startup Rockstar,” responsible for business development and sales.

Robyn will speak about fostering a positive and productive work environment for employees, including the BetterWorks next-generation platform that makes it easy and affordable for SMBs to recognize, reward and motivate talent.

Founder’s Table, CEO, CTO, CIO, COO, and President, CallFire

The CallFire founders, Dinesh Ravishanker, Vijesh Mehta, Punit Shah, TJ Thinakaran, and Komnieve Singh began the company in 2004. Since then, CallFire has grown to 20 employees and over 40,000 users.

They will host a Founders’ Table where attendees, including current CallFire customers, can discuss how to use CallFire, request features and functionality with the designers and engineers who built it, and learn how their bootstrapped company has grown.
