Teaching credentials? What is that? And who needs them with when you have Supercool School.  Supercool school is a site that allows anyone to create an online learning environment that they can charge students to take a course.  Founder Steli Efti stated that he wants to create the Ning of Education, giving the ability to build an educational site to anyone.

There are already 100+ schools created through Supercool’s beta program, which began in January.  And to keep the lights on Supercool School is taking 20 percent from online course sales.  They also have premium features that are subscription based (currently available for limited time at $15/month).

We had a chance to catch up with Jason Katzer of Supercool School during DEMOspring 2010.  Hey gives us an overview of the product as well as a few feature highlights that they have to offer.

Trick is, do you have what it takes to be an educator.  Starting up a class is easy yes, but getting people to pay for what you are teaching is a whole other story in itself.  What kind of school would you teach?
