LA Mixers: Networking Served Up, 818 Style

TechZulu caught up with the LA Mixers crew at their most recent event, hosted at wine bar Eight-18 in Toluca Lake.  As always, it brought out a crowd of tech, entertainment, advertising, and entrepreneur types, as well as the valley peeps, of course, since it was on their side of town.  The ambiance was inviting, the wine was divine, and the networking was served up.  Aside from the usual digital suspects, this time the event appeared to have a mix of old media people hoping to meet and learn from the new media crowd.  We caught up with a few and found out why they were there and what they were hoping to get out of it.
