LA Twestival: One Day, One Charity, Hundreds of Cities

Do your part on making the world a better place by attending the Twestvial here in Los Angeles.  For this Twestival 175 cities from around the world will come together this Thursday March 25th to raise money for Concern Worldwide. This Charity is an international humanitarian organization that is dedicated to transforming the lives of the World’s most marginalized children through access to education.

Everyone here in the LA Tech community has joined forces to help put this event together and already there is going to be a huge turnout.  Below you will find the details on all the great festivities that are going to be happeing that night along with ticketing information:

“@TheRoxy will feature: Video turntablist/remixer Mike Relm (YouTube Live, Webby Awards) performing live, Tweet Museum one-of-a-kind celebrity Twitter art, Polite in Public Digital Photo booth, 16 year-old DJ prodigy and music blogger Jake Simon, plus: a SURPRISE GUEST PERFORMANCE by a top touring alternative band! The event is Co-hosted by @ShiraLazar, Oprah Radio’s Derrick Ashong (@dashong) and will be broadcast online by Ustream.
