Sunbelt Business Brokers Partners With CapLinked to Make Buying & Selling of Businesses a Breeze

caplinkedSunbeltThe World’s largest network of business brokers Sunbelt has today partnered with enterprise business transaction platform CapLinked in a move that will simplify buying and selling of businesses by brokers and franchise owners.

Beginning this month, the deal will see Sunbelt nearly 100 nationwide Sunbelt offices shift to CapLinked’s cloud-based platform to manage complex, sensitive deals including asset sales. Sunbelt will give this deal management software to its business owner clients and franchised owners.

Secure online workspaces

According to Kelci Cotter, Brand Manager for Sunbelt,“Our US offices and their clients will both benefit from this new relationship as CapLinked’s software will equip Sunbelt’s intermediaries with secure online workspaces that streamline all aspects of complex business transactions.  One of the big selling points for us was CapLinked’s demonstrated success in this space and we look to capitalizing on their experience while molding their product to our brand. Over 5,000 SMEs

Sunbelt serves over 5,000 small and medium-sized businesses listed for sale across its network with asking prices ranging from $50,000 to $10,000,000 , with an average of $600,000.

The firm has nearly 250 locations in North America, Europe, Asia, South Africa and Australia and each office is independently owned and operated, CapLinked’s software therefore delivers powerful and customizable solutions to help run the complex business transactions in a number of industries.

Simplifying deal management

The softwares allows parties to communicate and exchange data safely in the cloud, making it easy for tracking, accountability and simplified workflows.

Founded in 2010, the LA-based firm CapLinked is an alterantive for customizable virtual data rooms (VDRs), email, flash drives, and other technologies aimed at simplifying deal management.
