It’s been just about 2 years since we first came across Powermat at CES and they have come a long way from only providing wireless charging mats. Most certainly inspired by all the live streaming services and originally Justin Kan of Justin.tv, Looxcie, makers of the first wearable camcorder that lets users go back and capture moments then instantly share them, announced today that it has developed LooxcieLive, a live video streaming service that leverages the Looxcie social video camera.

One of the coolest products I’ve seen was brought by a electronic focusing lens company named PixelOptics. Along with them they brought a few production models of their emPower! electronic prescription eyewear. They are the world’s first electronic corrective eyeglasses, using composite lenses with a thin transparent LCD-like layer, microchips, micro-machine accelerometers and miniature rechargeable batteries.

Jawbone is stepping out of their headset only arena and announced the JAMBOX, a wireless speaker and speakerphone. JAMBOX quickly and easily connects with mobile phones, computers, tablets, iPods or any other Bluetooth device, allowing consumers to stream and share music, movies, games, phone and conference calls anywhere and all wirelessly.
