Having a man on the inside and rooting for new initiatives is a win-win for all parties involved. That brings us to Greg Mertz, Lead Advisor for Technology Initiatives at Warner Bros. Records (WBR). In his role at WBR, he helps to steer the leadership into promising technology investments and partnerships.
When it comes to story telling there is none other than Brandon Kleinman, Founder and Former CMO of Laurel & Wolf! Brandon loves a good story and knows design dictates how people interact with a given space. His obsession for story-telling and creating better spaces helped power Laurel & Wolf as founder and CMO.
rhubarb studios announced today a collaboration with Mayor Eric Garcetti’s #techLA Summer of Civic Hacking to marshal the best talents of LA’s technology sector to address some of the city’s most pressing challenges. This event serves as a kick-off for rhubarb studio’s hackathon series, “Hack for Humanity,” which seeks solutions for public good in the private sector. The first hackathon is focused on using innovative technology to find new approaches to addressing the water crisis.
The REACH NeXT site is live and ready for you to Apply To Pitch if you have a startup, or buy tickets if you’d like to attend. It’s set to be the most exciting tech event to hit Los Angeles. Attendance will be limited to 1000 people, which will include startups, members of the press, top tier talent and some of the most prominent venture funds.
