CADScan was formed in 2011 by Alastair Buchannan and Tony Rhoades and together they put a team to give people a chance on owning a great piece of technology. To do this, CADScan recently launched a Kickstarter to fund its new machine. The new machine in question, is a 3D scanner that is affordable to any market, which is also very easy to use and produces high quality scans.
During last year’s (2012) CES we had the opportunity to speak with SocialNightlife has they were in private Beta. Which has now officially been opened to the public. The platform was create to help nightlife professionals and venues gain insights about their most loyal customers and VIP members. Something that until now has been information held by an individual, spreadsheet, or your old fashion paper on a clip board.

Crash, released for iOS platforms, is the third eye for those looking for something different in their travels.

The D.C.-based startup CoFoundersLab has addressed this issue by taking the guesswork out of matchmaking by introducing scientific methods, deep research and algorithms that have proven to lead to successful matches. Over 500 startups applied last quarter to Launchpad LA’s accelerator, but only eight were chosen. Those eight have recently completed the program and are ready to do business.
